Please help me :(

Hi, here's Aja.
I'm posting this call for help just so I can ask if someone experienced the same trouble I'm having.
I made a new account www.deviantart.com/ajadeideidy 2 months ago for a fresh start and I was planning to move all my stuff there from here because... I'm not gonna lie...this channel is slowly overflowing and is getting harder do manage :'T
I wanted to start again but when I created that new account (without any trouble) I found some problems... I'm unable to post there anything at all.
When I try posting picture and press upload it says "uploading successfull" and then it shows me "sorry..this post don't exist" page. Similar things is happening with my comments. I write comment,post it, it shows I send it and when I leave just to later check on my comment again I see it's gone O_o
I also checked my activity history to see if it was recorded or something but I only showed me things from that moment when I created that account otherwise It said to me I'm nonactive.
As u can see guys I'm able to post on this old account perfectly fine with pictures, commenting and everything. Only my new account is giving me troubles. And trust me I tried nearly everything to try to get it alive.
Has someone experienced the same thing and found a way how to repair it?
I'm even unable to contact staff here to help me and reading instructions how to upload when I know all those things don't help me.
